When you request Unrest early access, we collect minimal information to verify your student status and process your app code. This includes:

• Email Address: Your Gmail or official Delhi University email to verify affiliation and send your access code.
• Name: Your name as submitted on the early access form.
• Proof uploads (optional): Photos you submit for Gmail DU student verification (ID, fee slip, or selfie).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data exclusively to:

• Reserve your spot on the Unrest platform prior to our June 2026 launch.
• Send you important updates regarding the launch and your early access request.
• Verify that the platform remains an exclusive, safe space for actual DU students.

3. Data Security and Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your data is stored securely using Firebase.

4. Local Storage (Cookies)

We use local storage on your browser strictly to remember your verification status so you do not have to log in repeatedly to view your claim card.
